Personal Training at Apex
Our personal training is built around you — your goals, your schedule, and the level of attention you want from your coach.
Our standard sessions pair up to two clients with one trainer, and honestly — this is where most people thrive. You still get a program designed specifically for you, expert coaching, and full accountability from your coach. But you also get something a solo session can't replicate: energy. There's something that happens when another person is in the room working just as hard as you are. You push a little more. You rest a little less. You show up differently when someone's watching — even if they're not watching you. That shared energy is real, and it drives results. Need a workout partner to pair with? Reach out to us!
For those who prefer their trainer completely to themselves, we offer dedicated one-on-one sessions that lock in the full hour exclusively between you and your coach. Every rep, every set, every minute — your trainer's eyes are on you and only you.
Both options. Same expertise. Same results-driven coaching. You choose the experience that fits you best.
