With nearly 8 years of experience in training and competition bodybuilding, Uwe Kerner brings a unique perspective to personal training. As an ACE-certified trainer, Uwe is dedicated to helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve sustainable results with a focus on longevity and injury prevention.
Uwe’s training philosophy is rooted in maximizing efficiency—using the least amount of weight to produce the greatest results. He believes that effective training doesn’t require lifting heavy to get strong or fit. Instead, his approach emphasizes form, consistency, and proper progression to ensure that clients can train safely and effectively for years to come.
Having retired from competitive bodybuilding, Uwe now channels his passion for fitness into helping others build strength, improve mobility, and transform their bodies without risking injury. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to enhance your current routine, Uwe will design a personalized program tailored to your goals and needs.
Outside of the gym, Uwe is a family man, happily married with twin daughters. He understands the importance of balance in life, and he brings that same balance to his approach to training. No matter where you start, Uwe is committed to helping you achieve lasting results and develop a fitness routine that works for you.
